In my Home Microdermabrasion Information, I urge users with sensitive skin to use extreme caution. But people with sensitive skin need exfoliation too! Exfoliation should be a part of all skin care regimens. In her book, Secrets For Ageless Skin , Dr. Denese discusses exfoliation at great length, as she feels is it vital to an anti-aging skin care regimen and that most people do not exfoliate enough.
